New date for Jacobs Open 2011
Natasha Ovchar, convenor of the tournament, has announced today that the Jacobs Open 2011 will take place from 29 April to 1 May. Attention: Jacobs Open 2011 postponed
The Jacobs University Bremen Debating Society announced on the tournament website of Jacobs Open 2011 that the competition has to be postponed to the late spring of 2011 "due to several obstacles from different sides". Therefore the Jacobs Open 2011 will not take place from January 28th to 30th as originally scheduled. Natasha Ovchar, convenor of the tournament, is asking all participants not to be discouraged and offers an even better organized tournament in Bremen instead. Jacobs Open 2011
Fairy-tale romantic, business-like activity and ambitious ideas: all of this and even more offers the Hanseatic City of Bremen. If you want to experience more of this city, you are invited to participate in the Jacobs Open of Jacobs University Bremen Debating Society (JUB Debating Society). The tournament in English takes place from 28 to 30 January 2011 and will be held in British Parliamentary Style (BPS).
