Zagreb wins Ljubljana IV

In the final of the Ljubljana IV 2019, the team We don't know any stuff like this (Tin Puljić, Luka Petrović) of the Zagreb Student Debate Forum was able to take the victory out of Closing Opposition. IDAS – International Debate Academy Slovenia
From the 22nd to the 30th of November, the 12th International Debate Academy Slovenia (IDAS) will be held in Kranjska Gora and in Ljubljana. In the year before, over a hundred students from four different continents attended the Debate Academy, according to the organisers. The first part of IDAS consists of a training program taking place in Kranjska Gora. The second part from the 28th on will be a tournament in Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital.

IDAS 2011
The International Debate Academy Slovenia (or IDAS) is a truly outstanding event. From November 19 to 27, IDAS brings together international participants and leading debating experts from all over the world. Bojana Skrt's org com is pleased to present the ESL EUDC champions (among others) 2010 Maja Cimerman and Filip Dobranic as well as the ESL WUDC champion 2008 Anne Valkering and Manos Moschopoulos (ESL EUDC finalist 2010, best ESL speaker WUDC 2010) as trainers.

IDAS tournament winners announced
The winners of this year's International Debate Academy Slovenia (IDAS) Tournament in Ljubljana have been announced: First came John Sadek and Jessica Bullock from Vermont, second were Filip Dobranic and Maja Cimerman from Slovenia (currently European champions in ESL). The other two teams who debated in the finals were Anna England-Kerr and Crt Podlogar from Lubljana as well as Goran Jankuloski and Pedrag Pevicevic from Belgrade.
Anne Valkering chaired the final debate, alongside with her were judging John Hampson (British Council), Loke Wing Fatt (Singapore), TJ Senamngern (Thailand) and Maja Nenadovic (Netherlands).
