Stuttgart and Berlin in the Science Po IV 2011 final
Team Texas A&M A (Syed Taha and Alya Al-Harthy) defeated teams from Stuttgart, Berlin and Utrecht in the Science Po IV 2011 final. Twenty BPS teams competed from May 7 to 9 at the tournament in Le Havre, France. Chief adjudicator at the ESL-only IV in France's Normandy was Manos Moschopoulos, his deputies were Anne Valkering, Isabelle Loewe, Milan Vignjevic and Rob Honig. The Tab is already online.

Sciences Po Intervarsity 2011
Debating by the Channel: Save the date for the Sciences Po IV 2011 from 7 to 9 May. The English Debating Society (EDS) is going to host the ESL-only tournament in France's Normandy. The format is British Parliamentary Style (BPS), the language of the tournament is English. In 2009, the Sciences Po IV was held for the first time as the first tournament that is for ELS debaters only, as is reported on the competition’s (not yet updatedf) website. ESL stands for “English as a Second Language“ which is a category at international debating tournaments for non-native speakers of English.

Mannheim gewinnt Debattierturnier in der Normandie
Die Mannheim Debating Union hat das Science Po IV in Le Havre gewonnen. Bei dem Turnier der berühmten Pariser Hochschule, das von 7. bis 9. Mai in Le Havre in der Normandie ausgetragen wurde, traten 24 Teams gegeneinander an, um sich in englischer Sprache miteinander zu messen. Science Po IV 2010
Ein englischsprachiges BPS-Turnier bei dem nur Nichtmuttersprachler antreten dürfen: Das Science Po Intervarity 2010. Es wird von 7. bis 9. Mai in Le Havre in der Normandie ausgetragen. Die Anmeldung ist mittels eines Onlineformulars möglich. Die Teilnahme kostet 30 Euro pro Person und beinhaltet Unterkunft und Verpflegung.
