The Berlin Debating Union announced the Berlin World’s DCAs. Victor Finkel, Isabelle Fischer (former Loewe) and James Kilcup are Berlin World’s DCAs, Jens Fischer is Tabmaster. Congrats! Doug Cochran and Sharmila Parmanand are the Berlin World’s CAs.
